We are unable to accept returns, but we do guarantee every plant will arrive in healthy condition. Additionally, all live plants are guaranteed for 30 days after arrival provided that they remain in their original container. We are unable to process refunds after 30 days, and note that repotting your plant into a new container will void our guarantee.
If your delivery arrived damaged, and your purchase was made less than 30 calendar days ago, please send us a message at Info@serendipityfloral.ca. Include your order number, a photo of your damaged product and with details about what’s wrong. We’ll make it right.
If you need assistance but purchased your plant more than 30 days ago, please let us know and we can share plant care details.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
