Where do you ship?

At this time, all live plant orders above $75 ship for free to addresses in Oakville and Markham/Stouffville.  We are able to deliver live plants to other locations in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) with a shipping surcharge - please enquire. At this time we are unable to ship live plant products outside of the GTA. 

For all other ‘non-living’ products including planters and ‘stuff we like’, we are able to ship across Canada. We cannot ship to post office boxes, or to addresses outside of Canada.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We use Shopify to process payments, and accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Interac.

What is your Return Policy?

We are unable to accept returns, but we do guarantee every plant will arrive in healthy condition. Additionally, all live plants are guaranteed for 30 days after arrival provided that they remain in their original container. We are unable to process refunds after 30 days, and note that repotting your plant into a new container will void our guarantee.

If your delivery arrived damaged, and your purchase was made less than 30 calendar days ago, please send us a message with your order number, a photo of your damaged product and with details about what’s wrong. We’ll make it right.

If you need assistance but purchased your plant more than 30 days ago, please let us know and we can share plant care details.

How will my plant arrive?

We take great care to make sure that plants arrive in healthy condition. Some of our plants ship directly potted in decorative pots, while others ship in their growers pot alone. How each plant ships is noted on its product page. 

Do I have to repot my plant once it arrives?

The short answer is, no. In fact, it’s a good idea to let your plant get used to your new home, such as light, temperature and humidity.   

After 2-3 weeks, your plant has adjusted and you can pot it into a decorative planter, if you wish. You might notice your plant’s earthenware planter is wider than the plant’s nursery pot. This is optional though - as long as your plant still has room to grow in its nursery grow pot, and looks happy and healthy, you can leave it in the pot that we shipped it in.

Why does my plant look different from your website?

Live plants will have variations in color, texture, finish, and size. For example, they may or may not be in bloom depending on seasonal variations. While we make every effort to display our potted plants as accurately as possible, there may be subtle differences from what is displayed online. Quality will always be the same.
